I would like to know what is the correct approach to receive products from customers in the repairs app, and then send back the product.

My products are being tracked via serial numbers.

The problem I'm having is with the quantity of the on-hand product, It does not update once I create a repair, or after confirming It.

The quantity of the received serial remains 0.

If I try a product that is not tracked, the quantity gets sucessfully updated to +1 after confirming the repair, and -1 after ending the repair.

How to do the same with serials?
