Most of my products are selling as Units. Under the POS Configuration Settings > Units of Measure Categories, I have the Group Product in POS option checked for UOM (Units Dozens). Unfortunately, the product did not group when I scanned it in the POS. I've confirmed that the product cost is per Unit and the Sales Price is also set to per Unit within the product page. What's odd is that the majority of the items are grouped correctly, but only a few aren't. I tested the same product in my stage environment, and it is grouped. This was done within the same Chrome browser, so I don't know what gives.

Some products aren't grouping in Odoo POS despite having "Group Product in POS" enabled for the "Units" UoM category. First, verify the "Unit of Measure Category" and "Unit of Measure" are correctly set to "Units" and "Unit" on the product page. Check for decimal precision issues in product prices and price lists, as even small differences can prevent grouping. Ensure the "Group Product in POS" setting is still enabled in the POS configuration.
If the products have variants, they might not group automatically. Verify barcode configurations and check for duplicate barcodes. Test in a clean environment like a staging database to isolate the issue. Investigate custom modules that might interfere. Clear browser and Odoo caches, and run a database consistency check. Examine Odoo server logs for errors. The most likely causes are inconsistent UoM settings or rounding errors in prices.
