Quick and dirty hack (I'm using windows):
openerp\addons\web\static\src\xml\base.xml
look at "<t t-name="FieldURI.readonly">"
change related line to this
<a href="#" class="oe_button oe_form_uri"/>
That will change attachment url style to look like button.
is not available.. I am using ubuntu version of OpenERP. Can you please help
