How can I make CRM messages not include customers by default?
In V11 CE, when I send a message from the CRM (from a lead, opportunity etc.), the customer's email address is included in the message and ticked by default. Is it possible with a module or customisation to make this unticked by default so a user has to actively choose to include the customers email address in the message recipients?
We have found that having it ticked by default means that unintended messages are being sent to customers which I would rather avoid.
