Service Manager for the development and ERP/GRP implementation practice at Quanam. It counts with more than 25 years of experience leading consulting, development and ERP/GRP implementation projects.

In 2015 Quanam (Atel S.A.) developed the first version of the GRP (Government Resource Planning) for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay, based on the Odoo ERP. From that date, the GRP has evolved and been adopted by the Uruguayan Government as a national asset.

Today, there is a standard CORE version that has been implemented without customization, which allows for faster implementations.

The Uruguayan Government has provided the source code to OCA, and there are plans to migrate the solution to the latest Odoo version.

This talk will be most beneficial to public administrations as well as for partners wishing to offer this type of solution to the government sector.

Expect an overview of the different features, especially the ones developed for this market (on top of all standard features of Odoo), and the different methodologies we've applied along with the key learnings. Additionally, this talk will provide how this solution could be offered to other Governments, which can bring Odoo services to a segment that is, otherwise, not using Odoo intensively, and the presented solutions can benefit the community by leading to increased sales and service volumes.
