Omnichannel is need of the present, considering any of the industry. Either customer or internal stakeholders, everybody needs Omni visibility of either products or overall business. We have integrated channels like online portals including eCommerce, customer claims, etc., mobile applications, POS solutions, delivery person mobile app, salespeople, analytics solutions, and overall backend operation. Would like to share experience about Omnichannel journey for different industry like diamond & jewelry, real estate, automobile, healthcare, retail, and many others. We would be sharing on how we have used Odoo's flexibility to adopt different industries, product types, work culture, and on top of this B2C & B2B & B2B2C way of doing business. Every company does use some traditional software, some new software so while drafting journey we need to integrate the Odoo with all these different types of software.
