PT Solusi Teknologi Niaga (Qasir)

Qasir provides point of sales (POS) application and mentorship program for micro businesses in Indonesia to help them manage sales orders, stock replenishments, & digital payments. In 2020, the Qasir application has reached approximately 750 thousand users in 500 cities across Indonesia. Qasir’s POS startup is targeting 1.6 million users by the end of this year. The company is preparing to raise series B funding by the end of 2021.

Before using Odoo, Qasir used a combination of Magento (as a Marketplace to handle multiple stores) and Xero accounting software.  The problem is Xero accounting could not handle multi-business units and high transaction volume integration, which Qasir needed for their 2 different business units (Marketplace & Outright). They also needed an inventory system to handle their stock operations, as well as an integrated system to simplify their operations and accounting. Odoo, integrated with their internal API, was able to fulfill all these requirements. Nurosoft, along with Qasir, also performed load testing for 10 transactions per second to make sure that Odoo was able to handle their transaction volume. With Odoo integrated to their internal API, they can now manage Sales, Inventory, Purchase, and Accounting in a single platform. Odoo consolidation helped them with their multi-business unit reports while Odoo accounting helps them save time and eliminate manual entries as financial statements like P&L and balance sheets are automatically generated in real-time.
