The company is growing day by day, and all the teams need to grow with it. To help us find and select the best candidates in Belgium, we are looking for a very dynamic Talent Acquisition Officer for our Belgian team (you'll switch between Louvain-la-Neuve and Grand-Rosière) 🔍 .
You will be mainly in charge of the smooth recruitment process from A to Z for specific positions. Concretely you will collect and analyse the recruitment needs from the business managers and identify the best recruitment channels for our recruitments based on the defined targets. You will manage the job adverts, the qualification of candidates, arranging interviews with the managers, the feedback on candidates and the offers we send out to candidates.
Your mission will also be to increase the volume of applicants for all our open positions so you'll be responsible for the sourcing and head hunting part of the recruitment via job boards, social networks and selected channels.
You will work independently but never alone. It means that you must be flexible and self confident to take initiatives and responsibilities.
Because of this key role in the company, you will share your time between our Belgium offices based in Grand-Rosière and Louvain-la-Neuve.
Responsibilities

- Build and implement strategies to be more present on the Flanders recruitment market
- Manage the whole recruitment cycle 🔁
- Attend professional events (job fairs, company's presentation, networking events,....)
Must Have
- Fluent in French & English
- A first relevant experience in recruitment
- Motivated, disciplined and fun 🤹
- Marketing skills & be creative
- At least a bachelor degree
- Ability to travel is required; applicants must have their own transportation
- Available for minimum 3 months
Nice to Have
- Interest in the IT industry 💻
- Fluent in Dutch
