​Odoo is looking for their new Social Media Specialist to join the outbound team of the marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media platforms, a flair for creating engaging content and a strategic approach to launch paid advertising campaigns. 

This position combines creativity, analytical thinking, and technical know-how to enhance our online presence and drive our digital marketing success


Responsibilities

As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll work hand in hand with our Social Media Manager to handle our social media channels, both organic and paid.

You’ll need to be comfortable using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok in order to create content (test, images, videos) that grabs attention. You’ll keep an eye on the market trends and identify opportunities for improvement, while also contributing to and engaging with our online Odoo community. Community management won’t have any secrets for you. 

On the Paid Media side, you’ll handle campaigns across platforms, particularly on Meta and Linkedin. You’ll help to set up campaigns from A to Z, choose the right bidding strategies, manage the ad copywriting. You’ll also focus on targeting the right audiences and tracking conversions to see what’s working and where we can do better.

Being part of the marketing department, you'll also support the marketing department in its day-to-day missions, especially during Odoo Experience.

Are you the ideal candidate? 👩‍🎨

  • You have 2-3 years experience in social media management and/or Paid Media
  • You are fluent in French and have a perfect written and spoken English
  • Social media platforms hold no secret for you
  • You are a paid media expert with a solid experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • You have strong video editing skills (Capcut is a plus)
  • You have a strong knowledge of Canva and the Adobe Suite (Indesign, Illustrator)
  • You have a valid Work Permit for BE
