I have odoo running on version 17, but now for another project I need odoo 14. I installed it, but I get the following error:

connection = _connect(dsn, factory_connection=factory_connection, **kwasync)

psycopg2.OperationalError - - -

Does anyone know how I can fix it? I'm new to Odoo, I put both installations on port 5432 and 8069 for http, I tried changing them in case it had something to do with it but I keep getting the same error. And I'm not running both odoo servers at the same time. By the way, the db_name field is set to False.
