I have in the columns:

    'upload_file': fields.binary('Upload csv File')

Can i replace the "save as" button with "validate" or "import" button(and of course change the functionality )???

Or, is better to create something like the "import a csv file" from openerp?

Yes, you can create a button like import csv file and treat this like a qweb module.

So, i think you have to create a new widget that makes you upload the file, read it and then display all its content.

I have tried an example like this
