Onshape is a cloud-based computer-aided design (CAD) platform that enables engineers and designers to create, modify, and collaborate in real-time from any internet-connected device.

Founded by Jon Hirschtick, John McEleney, and other members of the original SolidWorks team, Onshape is revolutionizing the CAD world by offering a scalable, affordable solution that works in the cloud and removes the limitations typical of traditional desktop-based solutions.

In this presentation, we will explore the innovative integration between Onshape and Odoo developed by our company, which is a partner of both Onshape and Odoo.

We will bring success cases that will show how our solution allows companies to take full advantage of the capabilities of both platforms, improving efficiency in product design and information management.

Our custom module facilitates collaboration between design and production teams by automatically syncing data from Onshape CAD models with bills of materials in Odoo.

We will explain how this solution helps to reduce errors and speed up the manufacturing process by keeping information updated in real time in both systems.

We plan to bring some of our success stories of implementation of this modules. For example, three of the companies that are implementing the module are willing to provide testimony of their success case: TAGA - TECNOLOGÍA AMBIENTAL GALLEGA, S.L. (Spain), FRANPACK (Germany), AIR FIRE (Spain).
