As part of the Expert Team for Supply Chain, Viktoria brings a decade’s experience in Demand and Supply Planning, Customer Service and Warehouse management to support her colleagues and Odoo’s clients, just as to contribute to the improvement of the product.
This talk is going to elaborate on the key features of the Quality app. The audience will learn how to create and differentiate Quality teams, how to define control points and how to design the various worksheets. Furthermore, it will be shown what happens, if a quality alert is created and how the Quality team can process the various alerts from beginning to end.
