Vista Real Estate was established in January 2023 with the main focus of creating a real estate and construction business that will elevate the quality of houses as well as reduce the high costs that plagued the industry in Somaliland.

In order to reduce the high construction costs, Vista invested in the first precast concrete factory in the Horn Region that produces readymade slabs and walls. In our 3rd year of business, we’ve invested on 5 development projects Namely, Aqua Villas 21 units, Almaas Villas 15 Units, Ruby Villas 20 Units, Abiir Villas 14 Units and just ground broken on Masalla Villas 16 units.

Vista has also been constructing houses both residential and commercial buildings for private clients and we’re happy to mention that we’ve so far built over 140 units of housing in our 2.5 years of operation.
