Het bedrijf is 25 jaar actief en heeft een hoge reputatie in innovatieve producten wereldwijd.Na jaren actief te zijn geweest in Odoo 8, besliste Giva Audiovisual Technologies om haar ERP implementatie verder uit te breiden naar Odoo 14. Ze koos daarbij voor Callista als haar Odoo partner om zich te laten begeleiden bij dit project.
De migratie ging gepaard met het activeren van aanvullende modules zoals de modules CRM, project, urenstaten, voorraad, productie, helpdesk en boekhouding.
De flexibiliteit en mogelijkheden van Odoo hebben ervoor gezorgd dat de software van Giva Audiovisual Technologies kon meegroeien met de organisatie van het bedrijf.
Hand in hand met de Odoo specialisten van Callista werd Giva Audiovisual Technologies begeleid in deze doorstart van hun ERP pakket en konden de modules stapsgewijs worden uitgerold.

Golfinger est la société de gestion du Golf du Château de la Bawette. Qui offre un parcours de Golf de 18 trous à Wavre.
La principale exigence était d'avoir un outil de gestion interne pour gérer les ventes directes et la comptabilité. L'un des plus grands défis était l'importation de factures à partir d'un logiciel de la Fédération Royale Belge de Golf (I-GOLF).
Nous avons implémenté le système ERP Odoo avec un module de point de vente pour gérer la boutique. Nous avons simplifié la création de factures de cotisation à partir d'I-GOLF dans Odoo. Nous avons également mis le client en contact avec une Fiduciaire Odoo.
Nous avons permis à la Bawette de s’équiper d’un outil comptable moderne leur permettant un accès en temps réel aux différents rapports comptable pour mieux piloter l’entreprise.
