With a scale of over 130 employees and direct manufacturing subsidiaries such as Medicon (in-vitro diagnostic rapid test kits) and Polygreen (medical plastic supplies), Y Te Viet required a management platform powerful enough to connect data, standardize processes, and enhance decision-making capabilities across the entire system.   • Data was scattered across Zalo, Google Drive, Excel files, and disconnected accounting software.

  • Lack of real-time data to control inventory, liabilities, and order progress.

  • HR activities relied heavily on paper forms and manual processing.

As a result, the leadership team often had to wait from 3 to 7 days for consolidated reports from departments, leading to reactive decision-making. Y Te Viet needed a system that did not just store data but supported management and operational control in real-time.

Y Te Viet chose to implement Odoo to integrate the entire Sales - Inventory -Purchasing chain into a single system. When a sales order is confirmed, the system automatically triggers subsequent steps such as stock-out or purchase suggestions, helping departments respond promptly without manual communication.

As soon as goods are received, the system coordinates them through an inspection step. Only batches that meet QC requirements are allowed to be officially put into stock, ensuring that every product circulating in the system meets safety standards.

In production activities, Y Te Viet applies Min–Max rules to control materials. When inventory drops below safety levels, the system automatically issues alerts and purchase suggestions, keeping the production department proactive with their plans.
