Variants Creation Mode are not created automatically

Question

I'm reaching you out to seek assistance regarding a feature in Odoo that doesn't seem to be working as expected. Specifically, I am having trouble with the 'Variants Creation Mode' set to 'Instantly' for a new attribute I've created.
Upon attribute to one of our products, I noticed that Odoo does not automatically create the variants when I add new values for the attribute.

I found that if there is even 1 attribute which is set to Dynamically, no matter how many attributes with Instantly creation you add - it will not create any Product Variants
