Trying to set up Time Off module for restaurant employees that gain paid time off with a rule of 8% of hours worked e.g. if an employee has worked 240 hours from start of year to today, then they should be allocated 19.2 hours of paid time off. each employee might work different number of hours, and different number of hours every day.

When creating an accrual plan for this, and then creating the allocation, Odoo seems to be calculating the allocation based on the Working hours scheduled set in the employee > payroll tab.

My question is: is it possible to calculate the allocation based on actual hours worked, for example taken from Attendance module or from any other source?
