QWeb Report Template for US Printed Check Format

Question

With the release of Odoo v8 the the new Check Writing Module includes the following report: "report_check"

This template is not sufficient for really any U.S. Based check writing that I am aware.

Has anyone from this community created their own QWeb Report for U.S. check printing? I know there are many different varities, but even having a template as a starting point would make things far simpler.

Curious if anyone would be willing to share the code they created for their Write Checks report
