I have seen lots of examples on the internet mentioning a one2many field in xml like so:
<field name="my_field" widget="one2many_list">
<tree>
<field>....</field>
</tree>
</field>
I tried it and it does not seem to make any difference. Can someone tell me what it is used for?
It's just for backward compatibility, it's the same widget under the hood
