While employee creation, there is a field named product under HR Settings tab. What is the actual scenario for product at time sheet category under HR Settings ? What it means?

This product is used when the employee performs a booking on an analytic account. This is the case for
- bookings in a timesheet
- worklogs in a project issue
- ...
The cost price of the product is used to create an entry in the analytic journal.

What if said employee is performing more than one type of service (ie. linked to more than one product) ?
I am currently looking for a way to allow an employee with multiple product types. This way the different tasks can be calculated at different rates with the same employee. Does anyone know a solution to this?
