I'm using odoo v16 community version, and i have an employee with 112 hours of sick time offs balance, now that we're entering Ramadan month, we are planning on decreasing the working hours from 8, to 7.

I've already created the working schedule with only 7 hours of work per day, but my issue is whenever i update my employees working hours from the standard 8 hours, to Ramadan schedule of 7 hours, the time offs are updates simultaneously! for Ex; if my employee has 112 hours of sick time off before updating the working hours, then after the change 1/8 of the balance will be removed and it will be 98 hours instead.

Anyone has an idea about how to stop this unwanted auto-update? or any walk arounds to fix it.
