I am looking to implement a functionality in Odoo with the following requirements:

Area/Territory-Based Product Visibility: eCommerce Website

The salesperson should be able to view products specific to their area/territory or zone.

Only vacant products (not already booked) in their area should be visible to them.

Products booked for their specific area should not appear to other salespeople from the same area/location.

CRM Integration:

Integrate this functionality with CRM to allow sales teams to manage leads and opportunities based on:

Customer areas/territories.

Vacant products in those areas.

Associated annual targets and MOQ.

How can I achieve this functionality in Odoo? Would custom development be required, or are there existing modules, configurations, or best practices that can help?
