How to filter financial analytic accounts in Timesheet form!

Question

Hello everyone! Odoo 9, Community edition.
A very simple question. By default when emplyee logs in to fill out his/her Weekly Timesheet he/she is able to select from drop down list any of the avaialble analytic accounts! We want:
1. Employee to be able to see only those who are either Task or Issue! Rest are financial and we don't want to show them to employees! Check screen shot http://prntscr.com/dtuuq2
2. Employees don't need to see Debit/Credit/Balance columns as well! Check screen shot http

So far no success, restricting access rights allows or doesn't allows access to analytical accounts, which is not the case. We want to filter and show only those which are project/sales/purchases ...and are not Financial! I tried a bit different approach, to create a Rule and show only Analytical Accounts which are followed by the Employee User. But it seems i can't write the right code :). If someone can hint it, would be very appreciable.
Also, any ideas how to remove Debit/Credit/Balance colu

You do have to restrict the default access rights to analytical accounting for the group "Employees".
