I want to create a dropdowns on the navbar to change the language, how to do it, can anyone tell me?

Using the 'Menu' option under Settings in Odoo 16, you can make submenus for the navigation bar. Select the 'Menu' tab, and then the 'New' button to make a dropdown menu. Select the parent menu and then enter the dropdown's name. Then, specify the behavior you'd like to trigger when the menu is selected. And then, just hit the "Save" button. The menu item has been added to the navigation bar.
