I need my customers to download some documentation. How can I upload them so they can download them WITHOUT leaving the website? I have seen the option of a drive link or a Dropbox link, but they leave the website and they have to sign in to those platforms to view the document.

For those looking for the same thing, you can upload documents in the Media Section, where the pictures and videos are uploaded. Then include a Media Document.
