Other PDF's work just fine and we did try a reboot incase. Nothing on the server or application has changed, any help would be great. Thakn you

Hi,

The error happens while Odoo is trying to delete old temporary PDF files from the server.
This usually happens because of permission issues on the image folder.
Check that the Odoo user has read and write access to this path:
/opt/odoo/odoo-server/addons/web/static/src/img/
Run the same find command manually on the server to see if it fails.
Also check if the disk is full, as this can cause file delete errors.
After fixing permissions or disk space, restart Odoo and try generating the PDF again.
