Do Database Workers affect the Odoo SH platform performance?

Question

When uploading a commit to the repository linked with Odoo SH, it can take up to one hour for the changes to be reflected. In the current Odoo 16 database, we have 48 users and maintain three Staging environments where we test new developments, test imports, and attempt to replicate bugs.
According to Odoo's documentation, the number of Workers impacts user requests but does not provide specific information regarding their effect on the performance of Odoo SH.

in a very simple way to understand  - Workers -  are like processers  in system.  you  may need to increase .
