Like any typical start-up, sales are growing very fast, recruiting talent is a bottleneck and the administration cannot cope with the volume of transactions. Processes are unstructured, with a lot of manual operations, unclear decisions and lots of excel files to reconcile the information.
To manage the scale-up, Es Sense has chosen Odoo applications and Eezee to install new processes. The following applications were implemented to accelerate processes:
- online registration and web application to capture sales during the events
- online booking of training sessions
- automatic invoicing and online payment
- event management using a scan for badging
- customer portal to follow orders and training calendar
- accounting and reporting
- campaign management CRM
Today, Es Sense is managing its operations much faster and with fewer mistakes.
Es Sense is helping companies boost their business by coaching directors. They organise very large events (such as Les Clefs du Succès) to inspire executives with growth management. During these events, Es Sense proposes different trainings to help executives realize their dreams.
