DigitalDot uses Odoo Sales, Helpdesk, Repairs, Mass Mailing, Inventory and Accounting. A specific development from Eezee-IT helps them to connect helpdesk and repairs for a better organisation of service and maintenance requests.
You will see how Service Engineers handle their interventions, register their spent hours, and register the used parts. Parts are taken from their cars, these are defined as inventory locations. Once the intervention is signed by the customer, via eSign, a draft invoice is generated. The back office does a final check, adds potential expenses (hotel, meals, ...) and validates the invoice. It is then automatically sent to the customer with the signed intervention report included. Due to this automation, the initial manual and error-prone process has made an incredible efficiency gain towards customers and employees. Invoices are paid faster and without complaints.
