With Odoo’s mobile app, Oxenham streamlined delivery planning and enabled digital signing of delivery notes and invoices. The seamless integration with Sage Pastel ensured invoices were automatically sent to customers in PDF format, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
HMT supported Oxenham through a Proof of Concept , helping them clearly define their needs and implement a phased approach to address Oxenham’s most urgent needs first, ensuring a smooth transition to a more efficient system. Le défi principal était de digitaliser et centraliser l’ensemble des opérations de l’usine : ventes, production, réapprovisionnement, gestion du personnel et conformité qualité.
Nous avons mis en place un système intégré permettant la gestion des commandes locales et export, un réapprovisionnement dynamique selon le type de commande, la planification de la production et des employés, le suivi d’attendance des 130 employés via une application dédiée sur le floor, et le contrôle qualité intégré.
Résultat : meilleure traçabilité des composants, gain de temps sur les achats, conformité aux normes alimentaires, et reporting de production et ventes en temps réel.
