I.M. Hilandarious, operating in both retail and agricultural production, partnered with an Odoo ERP integrator to implement a fully customized business management solution to support their multi-country, multi-branch, and multi-warehouse operations. The company needed an integrated platform capable of managing everything from inventory and procurement to accounting, HR, and payroll — all adapted to the specific needs of their operations in Greece and Serbia.

Key implementation features included:

1. Retail system implementation, tailored to I.M. Hilandarious’s sales processes.

2. Advanced warehouse management across multiple locations and usage types, including:

- Warehouses for construction materials, consumables, goods for sale, raw materials, finished products, and internal consumption.

3. Optimized contact management for better handling of vendors, customers, and internal communications.

4. Procurement workflows using the Purchase app, including RFQs and automated vendor communication.

5. Accounting configuration for Greece, covering:

- Localized chart of accounts

- VAT setup and reporting (including Greek tax codes)

- Bank synchronization

- Period closing and fiscal year settings

- Invoicing workflows in line with Greek legal and fiscal requirements

6. Custom cash register module (Blagajna) to handle cash in/out, with extended tracking of reasons, authorized persons, and linkage to accounting entries.

7. Inventory management optimization, including:

- Initial stock balancing

- Stocktaking (inventory audits)

- Warehouse and location-level control

8. Branch structure management: Each branch of the company is tracked as a distinct operating unit, with independent records and reporting.

9. Manufacturing features for fruit processing, from agricultural production (e.g. fruit growing) to final product creation.

10. Payroll management and employee handling through Odoo Payroll and Employees apps, customized for local compliance.

11. Multi-company setup, connecting legal entities and operations in Greece and Serbia under one ERP instance.

This implementation required significant adaptation of Odoo’s core modules to support Greek legal and operational standards, while also offering a scalable structure for managing agricultural production, internal logistics, and commercial activities under one system.
