Hello everyone!

For several months now, I've been trying to contact Odoo support, but to no avail. Following the latest system updates, the platform is no longer functioning correctly for me, and I'm encountering the following errors:

  1. Neither I nor my students can access our user profiles anymore, reporting a "500 error" or something similar.
  2. Just in these recent days, we can't even access the courses, as we're seeing the same "500 error".

Has anyone else experienced the same issue? And if so, how did you resolve it, if at all? I don't understand anything about programming, so I really wouldn't know what to do in these cases!

I thank in advance anyone who wants to help me, hoping that Odoo support will intervene.

Try raising a different ticket at: https://www.odoo.com/help

Response may take some time, but will be responded and wont get closed without a solution
