hi does anyone know how to make this validate button on delivery order form. 


can return to editable form & not storing to database at all, like all the related function/data...

Hi,
Are you looking for an option of recording back dated inventory transactions ? If yes, by default there is no option for it, there are apps in the odoo store, which gives this functionality, you can check those and ensure everything works fine, then you can use it

One of those apps:  https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/15.0/stock_picking_backdate_all
