If I type in the address this format www.adressedusite.fr, jarrive on the good website, everything is ok.
But on the other hand, if I type amidusite.fr without the www, I come across the first website I get this result on the other website.
I forgot a configuration? Is this a known problem?
You should use a proper reverse proxy server, such as nginx, Apache or others. The easiest to setup and configure in my opinion is Caddy Server, www.caddyserver.com.

Use Google, there are some good tutorials around for setting up Odoo with nginx (and others). According to Google's recommendation for SEO best practices, you should permanently redirect domain.com to www.domain.com anyway.

If you are using same config to redirect all domains to Odoo then it will work as you described as in Odoo you can set only one website address per page.
The easiest solution would be to set redirects in nginx adressedusite.fr ->www.adressedusite.fr
