I have installed external lib ldap for python, but still receive the message
"Unable to install module "auth_ldap" because an external dependency is not met: Python library not installed: ldap"
Can you share your solution?

Hi Niyas,
Can we somehow to make Odoo 16 understands that thr python-idap module has been installed successfully? I afraid that there is cache issue or soemthing else. I only have 1 python version installed python 3.11.

I found thte root cause, there was an issue with the System variables environment, somehow it was reset and that is why, :)

You have to install the python package ldap to install the auth_ldap module.
