Thanks for your answer but not my issue how to configure email server but my issue is how catchall work incoming and outgoing mail is used only one mail. How mail received in personal mail address

settings->users->users

Whenever we create new user , there is email field at bottom.

i fill up my email = shashank_verma@openerp.com

Now lets assume i want to send sale order information to particular user by mail.

sale->quotations-> open existing order-> click on button send by mail-> choose user name

now mail is dropped to my personal id.

U need to configure ur incoming mail server.

Do following configurations in openerp

1.Go to Settings -  General Settings
2.select Configure the incoming email gateway
3. Now create a  record by with following values:
Name: Description of  Incoming Gateway 
Server Type: IMAP Server
Server Name: 
Select SSL/TLS check box
Username: ur mail id
Password: xyz

If connection is ok, you'll start receiving all you mails in here Messaging -> Inbox
