For example i have a task and the assignee when he starts working on the task and he finishes after a specific time to write like a worksheet of what he has done only that time not a worksheet for the entire task. 

I created both a new tab in the task to enter the worker's tasks and what did he do and a new model to show these sheets or reports, the thing is I have an error and besides that error I tried one to many and many to one, it connects with sheets together but I don't know how to connect them with the task it self like instead of entering the task data over and over it becomes autofilled, and only the fields that needs him to fill he can fill 

Notice: the tab he see the reports connected to the specific task he is in but in the model he can view and filter the reports according to the task and project . 

So, can you help me with the steps or how to solve this issue using studio
