Hi, 

I have configured the outgoing mail server and incoming mail server in Odoo version 17

I have used Outlook configuration for the Outgoing mail server

when I'm sending a message from a sale quotation (Using the send message Button in Chatter)


Issue 1: When a customer replies to this message I can see My own name in Outlook as a sender, Instead of the customer's name  


Issue 2: I'm able to see multiple emails in my Outlook, even though the customer has replied only once



can someone help me with this, please?
