I'm looking for guidance on managing weight capacity within warehouse locations in Odoo 17. While Odoo offers Storage Categories with weight limits, I'd like to set a dedicated "Maximum Weight" field directly for individual locations.

Current Situation:

• Odoo 17 location model lacks a built-in "Maximum Weight" field.
• Storage Categories provide weight limits, but they apply at the category level, not individual locations. (by the way i tried it its not limiting)

Desired Functionality:

• Implement a "Maximum Weight" field for locations to define weight capacity limitations for each storage area.

Possible Solutions:

1. Custom Development: Modify the "stock.location" model to add the "Maximum Weight" field. This requires Odoo development expertise.
2. Workarounds:
   • Utilize the "Notes" field on locations to manually specify weight limits (not ideal for enforcement).
   • Explore third-party modules offering advanced warehouse management features, including location-based weight capacities.
