I tried that and proceeded to the download where I am currently at. But if there's no Program file on m y system to load and the database name and password info I entered are rejected and the producers of the product keep flashing an IM in my face but then are rude because a new customer requests some basic help for just getting started, that's a bad omen and start to begin trying a new database.. That's a red flag for me right from the start.
