Hello Martin,

The update of .pot file is a manual process. The module that has been

changed should be re-exported to fetch the new terms.

The hr_expense module was outdated and I have fixed it in 9.0 (rev

Transifex will soon (within the day usually) reflect the changes into

the odoo-9 project.

I can see that .pot has been updated (e.g., but I still can’t find the new strings in Transifex.  Is there a problem with updating Transifex, perhaps?

Thanks Olivier and Martin for your replies.

For future cases I will create an issue in Github to request for re-export of relevant modules.  Thanks again.

You can certainly make a PR if the diff is small and it simply fixes a few

missing terms. However re-exporting module POT files can be tricky as they

sometimes contain "foreign" terms added by other modules in their own

namespace. You can also do the change in the POT manually, in that case be sure

to use 'msgfmt -c ' at the end to verify the validity of the file (no

duplication, etc.)

Finally when you make the PR, be sure to mention @mart-e or @odony so we can

fast-forward them.

An alternative is to post in this mailing-list and ask for a re-export of the

relevant module, it will usually be done a couple hours later :-)
