The question is still open, how to translate it?

Hi,

Thank you for your interest to help translating Odoo but the technical
documentation is currently not translatable. As it is aimed for
developers, using an English documentation is usually not a big issue.
We prefer to focus on translating the interface and the functional
documentation ( http://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/
 ).
