Out of the box, there's nothing automated that I know of, sorry.

Perhaps this is a question for future development, like a module that sets rules similarly to the reordering rules in Warehousing, where when the stock levels reach certain level something gets triggered, if that makes any sense.

So in the case of the contracts it would be a section for Termination Rules, where you would set some rules depending on the type of termination, and they would get applied automatically when a contract gets terminated.

I don't know if anyone has worked in this area recently, or there are any plans for it in the near future, though.
