In order to reset your online database you have two options:
 - contact the support team and ask them to do it for you (you should have
received an email from them when you signed up)
 - login into the control panel on www.odoo.com/my/databases/manage, and use
the rename button to rename your database, so you free the name, then create a
new one from scratch via the "free trial" page www.odoo.com/trial
