some points we might want to discuss:

- I think it is important to have a clear authority (be it OCA or the
editor) that manages every communication channel, mainly in order to
handle abuse. There have been a couple cases of abuse on #openboject
were some clear authority could have said "what you're doing is
against our code of conduct" and then take some action (warn, kick,
ban and so)

- I'd love the OCA activities to have a code of conduct, taken from Communities like django and fedora have
similar COCs. I think we can do the same with little effort. I think a
simple COC empowers to handle cases of abuse.

- Odoo-the-editor is not active on #openobject. Are we as OCA
interested to take over the user channel as well? Could it be
#openobject or #odoo or something else? If so, I think we can hear
what Odoo thinks about that.
