Hi

the best way, it is to put your modification of the view in a module.
This new module must depend of the mais module of the views and it have to be installed

HI,

Try the following and test it.

Go to Setting> User Interface > Views

Select you view need to be un changed

Then Click Model Data Link and select the Checkbox Non Updatable.

Then update base. I think it will work in Odoo V8.

Thanks & Regards

Subject: Update odoo without loading views

Hi all!

I have modified some views (added new columns in lead tree/form).

Now as far as I remember when I update Odoo (-u all) these views will be overwriten.

Is there any way not to overwrite my changed views?

May be use -i instead of -u ?

Thanks.

Regards,

Max.
