Not yet. I prefer to decide this later on based on business
opportunities and partners involvement. We will also check about Odoo
Enterprise; the most represented countries.

A team for the whole work but they will split responsibilities within
the team. (we don't need a whole team for a country; just one person for
the development is enough (and a lot of partner meeting for specs and
tests).

Involved in specifications and for the rest, like all others modules:
tests, bugfixes. Evolution:
  - Odoo SA with pull requests from the community

To be defined. As you know, we like to work in an agile way. I prefer to
avoid freezing any decision now. More information will come when we will
start the localisation phase.

3 months is a lot for our teams. Especially if the core is super clean,
the localisations will be much easier.
