The problems you describe are raised and identified by the Odoo management. However, at present we live with an unsatisfying situation.
-> Comments in you mail below. I hope this can be useful to new members.

It’s a good step to appreciate the works done by other, it’s really a motivation to all.
I think many people ready to contribute to community. But new members don’t now the how to do and where to do.
Please send a detailed possible ways of contribution.
It’s really confused which one is effective forum to discuss the issues and what is relation between the forums’
1. I am using Gihub for raising my issues
This is the right place if we identfy something, which objective is to improve the software.
2. Some people using https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1
This is the right place if we identify something, which objective it is to help me in a specific problem. This can turn out to become an github issue.
3. But documentation is doing by someone else.
Best technical documentation we can find right now is built in into the source code (sometimes with need of interpreting it).
Appreciate your feedback and suggestion
Orchidinfosys and others are doing a great job reporting quality issues. In case YOU have spare time and the knowledge, think about picking up the one or the other... In case you haven't thought about this possibility already. Regards,2cts :)
