Thanks Nhomar and sorry Maxime for the hijack. But this has been a shock for us, and we're still trying to understand. For example, we see some commits in v10 like  that make us think that, in order to adapt Odoo to the enterprise Mexican localization, somethings solved in our Spanish localization with community modules are going to be broken... Is somebody thinking about this in the long term or are you only focused in Mexico?

Is there any roadmap on what is going to be developed that can be shared with the community?

We are refactoring things in order to be properly in line with a long term vision, and that's only 1 example.
We had also that problem al'a spanish localization and we will refactor in v10.
As you see in that PR names and all is generic and clean enough and we will adjust ourselve in order to be sure all works properly in the core.
We had long technical exchange with Odoo and that's one of the results of a "generic" solution.
We tried the way Spain force the behavior between Zip code and address and city_id and so on and it did not worked with almost all Latam, for example.
By the end, we will face problems that we must solve in the meanwhile (as usual when everyone save--
